ABOUT ME
Few lawyers in the area have had the kind of experiences that Carl J. Mangine has had. After spending 27 years in the U.S. Air Force, he headed straight into law school and has been a practicing attorney for 10 years. He first arrived in the area in 1968 for basic training, and then his career took him all over the world, but he decided to practice here in Schertz, Texas, because of the wonderful sense of community.
Mr. Mangine and his staff pride themselves on providing excellent service to its neighbors here. When you come into his office for help, you will always be treated like family. Mr. Mangine's practice is focused exclusively in the following areas of law:
Estate planning — wills, trusts, life estates, powers of attorney, living wills
Guardianship — taking over the care and financial affairs of a loved one
Probate — settling the estate of a family member who has died
Carl represents many military personnel, both retired and active duty. From his long military career, Mr. Mangine is knowledgeable about the corresponding issues in divorce proceedings and estate law. In his travels and military assignments, he has dealt with every type of personality. As a result, he brings uncommon insights and personal skills to the practice of law.
In the end, legal matters are about people. Solving legal issues is about taking the time to find out what is important to the parties involved. That’s where Carl Mangine excels.
The law firm serves Guadalupe County and the surrounding communities of Texas. Contact Mr. Mangine today to arrange a consultation.
